How does tracking work?
The QR code points to a short /r/code URL. We count the scan and then redirect to the target or open a landing page.
Which QR types are available?
URL, text, email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Wi‑Fi, vCard, social profiles, link lists, apps, events, location, crypto, PDF, gallery, video, audio, menu, coupon, feedback, business and landing.
Where can I download the artwork?
In the QR table open ⋯ → Download (PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF).
Are IP addresses safe?
Only a salted SHA-256 hash of the IP is stored, never the raw address.
How do I contact support?
Pick “Support” in the left menu and create a ticket. The reply appears in the same section.
How do I raise the QR limit?
Paid plans are not connected yet. Write to Support — an administrator will raise the limit manually.
